For All Seasons at ‘Dare to Lead’

EASTON — In June, Beth Anne Langrell, executive director of For All Seasons, and Lesa Lee, For All Seasons clinical director, attended Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ facilitator certification in San Antonio Texas.

Ms. Brown, a research professor at the University of Houston has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy and is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers.

Ms. Langrell said, “The Heart of Daring Leadership means we are open to a collaboration that is based on trust, a foundation of knowing we have one another’s back and that no matter what, we will find a solution – together.”

Ms. Langrell and Ms. Lee will train the staff at For All Seasons and then to community.

For All Seasons serves Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne, and Talbot counties. The Rape Crisis Center offers certified sexual assault victim advocates; counseling and support groups, free and confidential services in English and Spanish, support in the hospital, police department, and court.
