CAMBRIDGE — A group of C-SD students spent time this summer not only acquiring knowledge and skills to help both in and beyond high school, but also earning chances to win a Chromebook,,,and this investment of effort is already paying off.

The Maryland Business Roundtable for Education and the Next Generation Scholars program offered virtual learning opportunities throughout the summer on many topics such as Adulting 101, PSAT/SAT Study Skills, Planning for the Future, with participants’ names being entered into the Chromebook drawing. The more programs “attended”, the more chances of winning.

Dorchester County Public Schools congratulated to these winners, part of the Next Generation Scholars program, for earning their Chromebooks: Kortney Manokey, Makayla Molock, Mekai Dixon, Rikia Cornish, and Marquez White.
