Habitat for Humanity is planning a Clergy Build Day and a Prayer Walk.

EASTON — In an ongoing effort to connect with the faith community and work together to build hope, stability and shelter for area hard-working families, Habitat for Humanity is planning two events — a Clergy Build Day and a Prayer Walk.

The Clergy Build is for any area clergy to join everyone and serve the Lord as we work together towards one common goal —using our hands and bodies to build homes for our neighbors in need. This event will be held on Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at job sites on Port Street in Easton and High Street in Cambridge, with lunch afterwards at the Trappe Volunteer Fire Department. Please RSVP by Oct. 10.

The Prayer Walk is in Easton on Oct. 20 from 3-5 p.m.. Join everyone as we walk the Port Street neighborhood, and pray for hope, stability and shelter for our community families. Meet at Easton Elementary School, 307 Glenwood Ave., Easton. Please RSVP by Oct. 15.
