Nazarene Services
On Sunday at 10:45 a.m. the Rev. Richard Prahl will be bringing the message on Luke 18:1-8. The Rev. St. Paul’s Sunday School
The Gleaners Class of St. Paul’s UM Church in Cambridge will meet at 9:45 a.m. with Gloria Whaley having the devotions and Dot Bradshaw teaching. The Richardson Men’s Class will meet at the same time with Leon Peters having the devotions and teaching the lesson.

Homecoming
St. Luke UM Church, 712 Bradley Ave., Cambridge will hold its Homecoming Celebration of 103 years on Oct. 20, 11:30 a.m. only.
Guest preacher will be the Rev. Lester Justice, director of strengthening, The Black Church Peninsula Delaware Conference.
Dinner will be served immediately following the morning worship. The public is invited.

Ladies Prayer Breakfast
Waugh Chapel UM Church, 425 High St., Cambridge will host the Ladies Prayer Breakfast at 8 a.m. on Oct. 19.
This is a nondenominatonal service and all women are invited.

Gospel Explosion
A gospel explosion will be held 5 p.m. Oct. 19 when the Progressive Male Chorus marks its 70th Anniversary at Bethel AME Church, 623 Pine St., Cambridge.
All choirs, soloists and praise dancers are invited to help celebrate.
A freewill offering will be taken.

Fall Luncheon
On Oct. 26 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Cokesbury UM Church. Chicken salad sandwiches, vegetable beef soup, oyster sandwiches, hot dogs and bake table. Community Food Drive
Christ Episcopal Church will hold a Community Food Drive for the 4th quarter on Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Bring food donations and also feel free to donate funds in Whatley Hall.

NRB Choir Anniversary

At 3:30 p.m. the Rev. Dr. Doretha S. Whittington of St. John AME Church, Pocomoke will be the afternoon preacher.

Trunk or Treat
On Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. the five United Methodist Churches in Cambridge are sponsoring the Trunk or Treat. It will be held in the back parking lot of Grace UM Church, corner of Race and Muir streets in Cambridge.

Sister to Sister
Sister to Sister is a women’s ministry of the New Life Christian Church and Ministries. The ministry meets the 2nd Saturday of every month with a themed event for food, fellowship and/or prayer. There is no charge and all are welcome.
