Comptroller Peter Franchot stopped at Eastern Shore Hospital Center on Woods Road in Cambridge to commend President and CEO Randy L. Bradford for his “meritorious achievements and expertise, with special recognition of his unparalleled accomplishments as Chief Operating Officer at the Eastern Shore Hospital Center and the Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center.” Mr. Bradford was presented with a certificate commemorating his success.
